12-month limited warranty
Nicrew warrants to the original end-user purchaser, when delivered in new condition in its original packaging, that its product will be free from defects in materials and worksmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. A copy of the original purchase receipt is required for all product warranty support and replacement parts.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Nicrew will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device. It is the prerogative of NICREW to decide whether the guarantee is performed by means of replacement or partial refund.

Products which have been modified, not properly maintained, mis-used or damaged due to inadequate shipping procedures are not covered under warranty. For products damaged in shipping, please contact your point of purchase.

Nicrew warranty includes the following coverage:
– 30 Days Worry-Free Money Back Guarantee: Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase.
– 30 Days to 12 Months: If your product fails due to a manufacturer fault, we will replace your defective unit with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Nicrew will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.
